The BloodList's free (that's right, FREE!) script competition, Fresh Blood 2018, is due to close shortly (15 September). It showcases some of the best spec scripts in the horror genre. So if you have a bloody, scary, dark script, send it in - I did. (fingers and other things crossed!).

The wonderful BURN GORMAN will be a guest judge of the films nominated for Best Film this year in the Judges 6.
Burn is an experienced film, television and theatre actor born in LA but raised in London. He's starred in a host of blockbuster films including The Dark Knight Rises and the Pacific Rim series, as well as TV series such as The Man In The High Castle, Washington Spies and Game of Thrones - not to mention his breakout roles in Bleak House and Torchwood. OK, we mentioned them...
It's great to have Burn involved this year, and I look forward to his verdict on the Judges 6.
