About

I am a UK based screenwriter - rural Worcestershire to be precise and I'm recently finished working on a short film called Departure which I wrote and produced. It was directed by the very talented Andrew Harmer, joint produced by Paul Anderson and the music was composed by the brilliant Sam Thompson.

I also couldn’t have asked for two more extraordinary actors - Katie Sheridan and Rory Wilton.

We’re just in the process of sending the film out to film festivals across the UK and abroad. I’ll of course keep you up to date!

Previously I’ve worked with LA based production company, QE Productions (Diliana Deltcheva and Christina Ochoa), on a feature length sci-fi/drama called Dark Tides. I also worked with them on a project called The Dark Third. I’ve also worked on a proof of concept for a future TV show called Fuerteventura starring Bella Dayne, Tommy Flanagan, Agnes Albright and Timothy V. Murphy. 

I've had some success in various international competitions. Feature length sci-fi script, Reconditioned, made the quarter finals of 2017 Final Draft Big Break competition, while The Shepherds, placed in the semi-finals for Final Draft’s Big Break in 2016. It also won the London Screenwriter Festival/Script Angel competition in 2014. Feature length horror script, End Times, made the quarter final of ScreenCraft Horror in 2017.

I have a good portfolio of work, both short and feature scripts and have dabbled in many genres – horror, drama, sci-fi – even a mix of all three, both in feature length and short spec scripts. 

I also did some work for UK based film festival Exit 6 Film Festival.

When I'm not writing, which is rare, I work as an Internal Communications Manager. I have a wife and two daughters who are very supportive of my writing, which is forever appreciated.
